'Your current security settings prohibit running activex controls on this
page'. This is a popup from IE that I get when I try to open a Microsoft
Project file. When I click OK, there is no project. Any searches for help
on this only refer to web sites and using IE in general, not other products
like Outlook or Project.

Anyone know how I can fix this? I tried allowing all activex-type security
settings in IE to no avail.

thanks for any help.

Try changing the settings in your local inranet zone and see the link below
on a registry setting for your local computer zone that may also be worth a
try. --- Steve
