The files are probably in use by a running process. The first thing you
should do is discover what it is that is affecting your system.
Have you tried scanning your system with updated AV signatures? You should
also run a spyware program. Bazooka is a pretty good tool to identify
spyware (

(
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html).
