I am using Windows Messenger 4.7.3001 and recently typed my password into to
"email address" box on sign in by accient, now when anyone who uses this
computer wants to use it and they click the arrow to show all previous login
names - my password appears. I was wandering if I can clear this list
somehow? Thanks,

Hi Nick
First things first: change your password!

Assuming you have done that try the following:
1) In Control Panel, select User Accounts
2) Click on Change an Account
3) Click on your login account, and then on the left click on Manage my
network passwords
4) You should now be presented with a list of accounts, select your password
and click the Remove button.

NOTE: The interface is different for WinXP Pro when it is in Domain mode
(i.e. it is the Manage Password button on the advanced tab) so you might
have to click about a bit to find it!

Obvious huh? - NOT! ;-)
Let us know if this does the trick, good luck
