WSUS 3.0 console fail

After start WSUS 3.0 mmc console i get error (translate from russian):

Uncaught exception in equipment of an operated code:
FX: {8b6499ed-0241-e032-6508-da4b1c879d7e}
It is impossible to result COM-object of type " System. __ ComObject " in
the interface type "System.Runtime.InteropServices.ComTypes.IStream".
Operation has come to the end with failure as call QueryInterface of a
COM-component for the interface with IID "
{0000000C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} " has returned a following mistake:
the Interface is not supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002
(E_NOINTERFACE)).

There you will find both people specialized in WSUS and
some Microsoft people related to same.
