What Windows, XP?

That is one file the newest worm win32.dabber.a tries to delete,
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/virus.aspx?id=39124, the
file comes from another worm and the newest worm tries to clean other
worm files out.

Please download Mcafee's Stinger virus-removal application:

http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

and run it and report your results.

It would appear that you are infected with one of the Bagle/beagle series of
viruses.

Stinger should remove this, but I would follow up with a full online scan
from either:

http://housecall.antivirus.com
(Trend Micro)
or
http://security.symantec.com
(Symantec/Norton)

just in case your current antivirus has missed something else as well.

How current is your antivirus protection? You need a reasonably current
antivirus application, and absolutely current antivirus definitions, and you
need to periodically scan all files on your system, just in case something
has slipped in before the current set of definitions are able to catch it.
