Hello I have a question about windows xp sp2 (ICF). I understand the information
concerning incoming traffic. But what if there's a software or a program already on the computer that's trying to access the internet from your computer? Will (ICF) inform you? And give options that will or will not allow the software/program to access the internet? To make a long story short, how does it compare to other firewall programs concerning inbound and outbound traffic?
