VIRUES

hello i have a big problem i was surffing one of those
un godly sites and
gess what as am closing the sites i get 5 virues at once
and one trojen horse (black box) virues what ever that
means anny ways all i did was serf there sites i didnt
download annythign so how can they send me this virues??
and trojen horse....
i have windows family server 2000 am up to date can you
tell me how something like this happened?

Get antivirus and a firewall.
Keep them updated.
