Hello;
You came to the right Newsgroup, and, received excellent
advice. It is virtually impossible to obtain this
information elsewhere. Many advisers herein are experts(I
am not one of them) in the field of computer security.
Also, If you have not made your computer safe from virus
attacks, do so now. You can get immediate help within this
Newsgroup. Most of the recommended software is easy for
you to install and free. Hopefully, you have not received
any child pornography material. This is the worst of the
lot because they are masters of deceit. However, if this
should be your misfortune, bring this to the attention of
your local and/or state law enforcement authorities.
I use Windows ME and have set up filters in Outlook
Express to automatically relegate obnoxious e-mail into
the Deleted folder. I have found it good practice, to
check your Deleted folder before sending all to the
Recycle bin. You may have inadvertently removed wanted
incoming mail. If you would like step-by-step help, repost
your request within this Newsgroup and I will be happy to
cooperate. Excuse my verbosity, It is one of the things I
am cursed with and can't seem to shake. Good luck.
