I don't really know where to turn for help on this...I've "googled" but to no
avail! One of our (former!!) staff downloaded a lot of "junk" onto his PC,
which I have spent a lot of time trying to get rid of. I'm down to one
item...apparently a game called z-ball 1.80f. I tried to uninstall it using
the add/remove programs in control panel, but it says I don't have access to
z-ball\unins000.exe. I can't find such an item on either his hard drive or
his network folder. Has anyone ever heard of this and have any idea as to
how to get rid of it?

Try the Process Explorer to locate where it is and see if you can uninstall it.

thanks for the info and the link...I'll give it a try. I'm not really
concerned about it being a "nasty" or anything, but no point keeping it there
if we don't want it there!
