By "deleting them from Explorer" I take it you mean from the History
folder? This is where the page archives are kept. You can clear it by
opening Internet Explorer, going to Tools --> Internet Options, then
pressing 'Clear History' in the third section of the first tab.
If the files are listed on your desktop or elsewhere on your hard disk,
then you may be infested with Spyware. There are various programs to rid
yourself of it. Ad-aware 6 is one of my favourites:
