Every time I hit the backspace key on my keyboard it redirects my computer to
a site that says unavailabe. When I run my virus detection, it says I have a
trojan, but then it can't remove it so it's always still on there. What do I
do next?

There are plenty of different Trojans. Please let us know which one.

You could try booting to safe mode and try another scan using your AV.
(press F8 every second or so when you're booting).

you could try alt+ctrl+del and going into the process tab and scowering
through the exe files running, anything you are unsure of google it, if you
find the trojan end process it and then try and fix, or you could go to run
and type

"msconfig" look in the start up tab and check to see if there are any
untoward exe files in there... if so uncheck them and re boot and then try
and remove.

try both
