The company I work for is interested in implementing a third-party Root CA
infrastructure. Can anyone recommend a third-paty that issues Subordinate CA
certificates? I checked with verisign and they don't.

They do:

http://www.verisign.com/products-services/security-services/pki/cert-
interoperability/index.html

Also Cybertrust and GeoTrust which are likely to be a lot less expensive
than Verisign.

Paul,

Thank you! I talked with a Verisign account rep and all they knew about was
managed PKI.

Thanks!
