I have been using a third party PopUp Blocker (PopUpCop) in addition to the
more recent native Popup Blocker in Windows XP SP2. I am trying to
determine if having the third party blocker working at the same time as the
Windows blocker is helping or hurting my chances of keeping out the popups.
Any thoughts on that ? Thanks.

PopUpCop is not freeware ;-)
Pop-Up blocker in IE SP2 is free and it works. It shouldn't hurt to use 2
Pop-up blocker but if one works properly, there is no need to use the other
unless both offer different features that you want to take advantage.
