I think that you should remove spywarestormer
It is on the list of rogue spyware programs at this link

You should download Ad-aware SE from lavasoft. It is safe to use this one.

Nobody needs Spyware stormer as TheBFG said, remove it
Yes in todays internet enviroment you do need some type of spyware removal
tools and Norton isn't it.Ad-Aware ans Spybot are the two leaders download
them both.

Sometimes, when you remove malware it will stop your TCP/IP
stack from working (Internet connection).
Winsock or LSP-fix will correct the problem,Download first.
Note to anyone using NOD32 Anti-Virus software,Do Not delete the
"imon.dll" this fix reports,That is your e/mail scanning engine.

YES-You need more than 1 malware program,I use all of these.

Spyware Stormer is garbage; uninstall it A.S.A.P. and use
a spyware scanner that is reputable, like the free Spybot
Search & Destroy, Pest Patrol, or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.

Good to see you're using a firewall and an anti-virus; if
you want to be really protected against spyware, look into
something like SpywareBlaster, which protects you from
getting spyware in the first place.
