When you signed up for the Passport (to use MSN with your email address) was
it with an email account that was not MSN or Hotmail? If so then they sent
you a verification link within minutes after signing up and that would be
what you'd want to click on if you haven't deleted it. If you have deleted
it there's probably - I don't know as I've never missed the verification
email - a way on the site to resend it??? That I do NOT know but that's
likely the reason you're getting this request.
