I have set up ICS for both of my pc, (xp and 98)inorder
to get it work, I have to disable firewall (ZA) Is there
any setting I could change in ZA so that both machine can
connect and get protected at the same time? Another thing
is nowasday, whenever I boot up my pc, I will get a
prompt from the firewall (ZA) "Za is waiting for true
vector to initialize, cancel?" Any idea why is it doing
so?

You would have to look to see if it has a "router" setting or such. If you are using
cable/dsl, I suggest you use a cable/dsl router. I see them for as little as $19
after rebates and you will have better performance. It is still OK to use a personal
firewall with a router device and even will provide additional protection, but the
router will give you continuous inbound protection unless it is misconfigured no
matter what else happens to the software firewalls, which have been know to be
disabled by various malware.. --- Steve

I was having that problem this week also. I had
downloaded but not installed the latest ZA update.
After I installed the update (while offline of course)
the problem went away. Not sure that is the reason but
it worked.
