Hi ther

We are having problems at home regarding accessing certain sites...basically my mum wants to do online banking and also apply for loans etc...pretty high security stuff but each time she tries this it is failing, for example, with her banking, a new window has to beloaded up tp login, but when this loads all she sees is a page cannnot be displayed message, she also tries to access the inland revenue (UK) to sort out finances etc but she is always greeted with an inland revenue error message, she has contatced them and it is definatela s ecurity issue but i dont know to to resolve it, the cipher strength is 128 bit according both IE on hers and my accounts, i have altered security settings such as SSl 2.0 & 3.0, even TLS, but nothing, it must still be the security...one thing though, she can do her online food shopping ok...any suggestions, please get back to me as this is a real pain, an email preferabbly hypermuzic@hotmail.co

Many thanks al

andrew

Have you tried installing the IE update that was released last Tuesday?
