Security Update 828028

As there is no answer at 1-866-PCSAFETY, I am posting my
question here.

I am running Windows ME. At first glance, the above patch
does not appear to apply to me. However, in the technical
details section it says "If file Msasn1.dll is present,
this security update is required". I do have that file
present.

MY question is do I need to download this patch and, if
so, where is the link to do so?

I already looked at Automatic Update for Windows ME and it
said there are no critical patches. Is that the
definitive word on the matter? My question re file
Msasn1.dll was not really answered.

It was referring to the Msasn1.dll for the affected systems, of which Win ME
is not listed.
