Security Update 823559

Every day I get a Security Update message to update my
Windows 98 with 823559. When I look at my installation
history, it says I have successfully downloaded it 8 times
from Oct 10 to Dec 8. I could turn off the automatic
update, but whenever I do it manually I get the same
message. How can I have my security updates recognize
that I already downloaded 823559?

I solved the problem by going to add/remove programs and
removing the program "Windows 98 Q823559 Update" and re-
downloaded the update.
