Usually not. The patch installer program usually checks what OS version is
running and often refuses to install on Workstation.
Having said that, the NT Workstation and Server code is very similar, and
often the patch files are the same. You could try using a software packager
like Winstall to monitor and replicate the changes the patch makes to your NT
Server on Workstations. This would be untested and unsupported, but then NT
Workstation is no longer freely supported.
You can also contact MS support and ask them to build patches for you, for a
fee. I'm not sure what the fee would be. It could be they have already
built such patches for other paying customers, and/or that building a patch
might be relatively easy.
