Security Patch Bugs!!!

Hello,

I bought the XP Home Edition with my Dell PC.

One day I update my PC with Windows Updates

Patch: Windows XP Q811493
Patch: Windows XP KB826939

These two patch are the same and same bugs!

I installed it and when I reboot my PC

1. It load the Login User menu and I log in

or

2. It load the Login User menu

3. A few seconds later my PC suddenly turned off and restart

4. It kept repeating

5. Later I removed the two patches by System Restore in Safe Mode


I wonder why these two patches do this way to my PC. lol
It's buggy patches.

I check that it's not any video or driver conflict.

Well, they aren't "the same" - it is just the second one contains the first
one.. It is a ROLL-UP patch.
