When I try to sign in to a web such as E Bay up pop this box that says the
security certificate is not trusted. I have tried installing it, proceed
anyway but it just keeps coming back. I have Windows XP Home. Anyone can
help I would appreciate.

Did you look at the properties of the certificate to see if it's actually
any good? I have never been prompted to accept an SSL cert from ebay....

Yes I read the certificate, it appears o.k., but how would I tell if it's
not? I got so frustrated couple weeks ago I even accepted and installed it.
Goes thru the installation, but still comes back up. I only get it when I
try to sign in on E Bay. I get it on other web sites also, when I try to
sign in.

We have two other computers in the house that are new (within the last year)
and I have never seen it come up on them. I have done a restore back a
couple weeks and it will go away. It also will go away for a day or so after
running spybot.

Who is it from? What are the properties?

Check the properties of the cert. I have never ever been prompted to accept
one from ebay.

I suspect you have malware on your computer; try the MS Antispyware beta and
make sure you're using the latest version of Spybot, and also AdAware.
