Are their any CD burner softwares compatible with Windows
98 that can allow me to make music CDs with the property
that no one can use them to make other copies? If you are
unable to say, please direct me to the appropriate

There are some technologies out there, but I am unaware of consumer
availability. In essence, they utilize the difference between a CD-ROM and
an audio CD player. Audio CD players skip some parts of the spec, whereas
CD-ROM drives must read that portion in order to determine whether it is
looking at data or music. By simply putting in code here that forces an
infinite loop, you can prevent computers from reading it, while audio CD
players just ignore these bits. There's more to it than that, but that's my
