Hi all,
My friend is a designer. He installed service pack 2 for xp. But when he
preview his web pages after making changes using dreamweaver, IE always
prevents the javascripts from running. Is there anyway to allow it to run by
default? I can't seem to find the settings

Regards,
Kit Kai

Hi

Try this:

In the 'Internet Options', select the Advanced tab.

Under Security, enable
"Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"

If that doesn't work out, try to lower the security level on the
computer:

Alternatively, this might work good as well:

Adding "Mark of the Web" to your html files may help:
