You should download this spread sheet:
Windows XP Professional Resource Kit/Group Policy Object Settings
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=4938
under
User Configuration
Control Panel\Display
you will find the following settings:
Screen Saver
Screen Saver executable name
Password protect the screen saver
Screen Saver timeout

If you are thinking about logging them out of the local computer they are
logged into, the answer is no. Some other solutions for this:
A)
Winexit.scr in the Win2k3 Server RK kit (will work on Win2k and WinXP at least)
Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9d467a69-57ff-4ae7-96ee-b18c4790cffd&DisplayLang=en
(The kit will install on WinXP or later, or you can unpack it with WinZip or
similar)
If the users are non-admins on the local computer you must add Set Value and
Create Subkey permissions for the group Everyone on this registry key:
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion

Logoff Screen Saver Does Not Function in Windows NT

B)
You could create a scheduled job on each computer that logs the user off after
a set amount of idle time:

C)
ActiveExit for Windows XP-Me-2000-NT-98-95
