Sasser Virus

I have followed Microsoft's step-by-step instruction to
erase and patch this virus, but it is not working - I am
still finding avserve2.exe and av.exe in my Task Manager.
I have followed these instructions three times and still
cannot send or receive emails or access the internet - any
suggestions?

Did you try stopping all instances of those two processes
before you ran the fix?
