SPYWARE

I have a new Dell 486 with WinXP. Everytime I start the
computer a window appears on the desktop that says
DOWNLOAD CASINO - WAITING TO CONNECT
I ran Ad-Aware, Spybot, talked to Dell for 2 hours,
defrag, check disk, restore system, etc. The 2 files
appear under DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS as kscasino_min and
kscasino. When I try to delete them it says they can't be
removed because someone else is using them-cannot be read.
Surely there is some way to get this off my system - HELP?
