I am getting this in my event log after installing an enterprise root
Certificate server on RootCAServer.
Certificate Services could not publish a Delta CRL for key 0 to the
following location on server C4.domain.com: ldap:///CN=Root
CA,CN=RootCAServer,CN=CDP,CN=Public Key
Services,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=domainDC=com. Insufficient
access rights to perform the operation. 0x80072098 (WIN32: 8344).
ldap: 0x32: 00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150A45, problem 4003
(INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0
I have seen a few other posts. Server is a member of Cert Publishers
group.
Any other ideas?

TIA,
Steve

Got it. Went in to AD Sites and Services, services, public key
services, CDP, (servername). Right click on the certificate, security
tab. Deleted and readded computer account for (severname) with full
control.
