I have done a little searching on this and what i'm seeing is to look for
services on the local machine using an account name and password. In my
instance, i have checked for this and is not the case. the computer that the
event is stating is the culprit is actually a computer that we use to test
software on. My account was never used to login to this computer, so i'm
kinda stumped right now. the following is the entire event
