Out of curiousity. Are there any security issues which prevent other msn
users from uploading copywritten or personal pictures, or claiming they are
you? And if so is it legal to send threatining emails under this false
identity. If it is not could you direct me towards the area where I can
report such Activity.

From the MSN EULA:

http://privacy1.msn.com/fullnotice.armx

Section 4 details things you can't do with the service, including

· Defaming, abusing, harassing, stalking, threatening or otherwise violate
the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

· Creating a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

· Sending or otherwise making available, any material protected by
intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights to such
material or have received all necessary consents.

Try Abuse@msn.com

Or contact your local police department if you know who's behind this, and
they're actively harassing you.
