One of the certificates required in the process has expired. Check the
Enrollment Agent and the CA certificate chain. Renew what's expired.

And double-check system clocks, making sure time is current.

Three tasks that you need to perform:

1. View certificates (user and CA) - use Crtificates MMC snap-in
2. Check certificate properties - use same
3. Renew certificate - use either the MMC, or Web interface - depends on
your CA architecture

I have to refer you to online help and Microsoft Web site
(http://www.microsoft.com/pki) for details
