More detail would be helpful. IP address 0.0.0.0 is not a remote address,
but a shorthand for "all adapters". Case in point, I can have three adapters
with IP addresses, if I am dialed in with the modem, while connected on the
LAN. Modem gets an IP address from the ISP, NIC gets an IP address from the
router, and a virtual USB adapter is hardwired for a third IP address.

A 0.0.0.0 IP address simply means that the process will accept a connection
from, or to any one of the adapters with an active IP address.
