The PCPitstop one is probably pretty good, and if you know a bit about what
you're doing, you can use the test results to make some of the modifications
yourself. I have used it, but uninstalled it. There's a nag screen that runs
evey startup (unless you disable this) which can be a bit annoying, unless
you buiy it or uninstall. The online PCPitsop full tests are pretty good for
rather general diagnosis.
