Panda & RAV fail

I am running Win98 and the latest IE. I have downloaded and installed all
critical windows security updates. When I try to scan with RAV, it fails at
the beginning when it downloads the initial update files:

I also tried scanning with Panda. Panda makes it most of the way, but when
it gets to my Outlook 6 files, it stops and prompts me for an Outlook
Profile. When I try to click on choices, it freezes. Any suggestions?

Do not try to use two antivirus products on one computer - you will run into
problems. Pick the best one for your needs and stick with it.

Make sure you're using the latest version of this product (or as close to
latest as possible).

Thanks for your reply. I was just doing an on-line scan. RAV, Panda and
others are intended to work that way (at least according to the advice I read
in this newsgroup. Bryan
