get rid of it you have to find the file(s) that are
infected and delete them manually from your system. Here
is what to do.

have removed the files from main hard drive and into the
recycle bin. If the scan of your hard drive is good then
go to your recycle bin and scan it to insure that the
infected file(s) are all there, if so delete them from
your system.
