Don't know that it's possible, but this is a general security newsgroup.
Post OE questions to an OE (not Outlook) newsgroup...
Outlook Express news group.

Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
microsoft.public.internet.outlookexpress.mac for OE for Macintosh

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

A good website for information on OE is:
http://www.tomsterdam.com/

Create a group in your address book, and include every email address from
which you want to accept email. Create a rule which will check the sender
address, and refer to the address book group when you enter that address;
this will automatically import all of the addresses from the group to the
rule. Negate the condition; I.e., make the rule action work when the rule
does NOT match the From: address.

The main drawback is updating the list. AFAIK, the only way is to update the
address book group first. Then delete the rule. Then recreate the rule,
using the updated group list. I like my email client; the rule does not
import the addresses from the list, it just refers to the list. Changing the
list does not require deletion and recreation of the rule.
