Outlook Express- can't open attachments

We recently had our computer rebuilt and have a new
version of OE. I sent some files home (Excel, Word) from
work, and OE won't allow me to access them. It says "OE
removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your
mail:".

Any idea why this is happening and what we can do to
change it?

Open OE, Click Tools,Security, remove tick from Do not
allow attachments to be saved...
