Does anyone out there know how to find and remove Orbit
Explorer from my computer? I think I know how I invited
this monster onto my computer; unfortunately I thought I
was downloading something else and now I can't get rid of
it. It's replaced my default search engine when searching
from the address bar and I hate it. It's not in add/remove
programs; I can't find it in any startup locations; I've
tried replacing everything of it I can find in the
registry (which I backed up first) with another URL and
then I couldn't get any internet at all. Please help. If
you know how to get rid of this please email me with
instructions. I work in IT so I can follow instructions
and I know how to edit the registry without ruining it.
Thank you very much.

This fellow: http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/Xupiter.html ?

Download Ad-aware 6.1 from http://www.tucows.com/preview/236049.html . The
interface is a little obtuse but its worked well for me.

Remember to download an updated referencefile when you run it for the first
time.
