I've noticed that when I go to click on one of my bookmarked links, it
will take me to a blank page and the Address will begin with
www.qksrv.net (with a bunch of numbers after it). I'm assuming this
is something that has written itself to my machine but I can't find it
under Add/Remove programs. Any help would be appreciated!

If only one Favorite link is corrupted, then I suggest you delete it and
replace it with one that works. Most spyware hijacks are a bit more
devious than simply replacing Favorites with blank pages.

However, if the Favorites become corrupted again, download a spyware
scanner.
