WHEN I RUN NORTON LIVE UPDATE I RECEIVE ERROR"LU1875 THIS UPDATE FAILED
DURING IT'S PREPROCESSING TEXT PHASE" I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING RECOMMENDED TO
CORRECT THE PROBLEM BUT WHEN I RUN THE LIVE UPDATE AGAIN I STILL RECEIVE THE
ERROR AND ALSO THE VIRUS DEFINITIONS WILL NOT UPDATE. I AM NEW WITH THIS
COMPUTER STUFF SO PLEASE BE GENTLE WITH ME.

Hello . I would also tell you that you should not write in Capitals only
because it is considered as shouting and rude attitude .

Anyway , you should contact Symantec Tech-support
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/
Since Symantec is the one who make and support it (the vendor) the will best
help you.

If they are unable to help you , you can get rid of Norton and use another
softwares(even much better than it)
