I am currently running an antivirus ---- McAfee do I need to add or download anything else to keep my computer safe form viruses. I heard there are some things in your web page you can load to keep your Microsoft programs without any viruses. What are they if there are any and how do I know if I have them or if I need to install them or how do I even get them if they are not installed? Oh, I am currently using Windows XP. Thanks for the help before hand.

Before you do ANY of the above - UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS

to do this
1. Load internet explore
2. Select Tools -> Windows update
3. Follow the on screen prompts

If you don't do this sasser'll have you! Even through AV
programs

And before you do that, enable a firewall--any firewall.
