MSXML 2.6 SP3

Running Microsoft Baseline Analyzer 1.2 against an NT4 server and it shows that MSXML 3.0 and MSXML 2.6 are installed and one service pack behind. I've updated the MSXML 3.0 to SP4 but can not find MSXML 2.6 SP3 anywhere. Tried Windows Update Catalogue site, Download Center....

1. Anyone know where I can find that service pack
2. Is there a way to remove just the MSXML 2.6
3. What might the implications be of removing 2.6? Are there some apps that need 2.6 and some that need 3.0?

MSXML 2.6 SP3 is not available as a public download.
