I have a box with Windows 2000 Server (standard) running SQL 2000 (standard).
The problem is that the lsass.exe is running constantly at 50-60% and taking
up between 150-250 MB of memory usage. To me, this seems like an awful lot,
not to mention that the process never stops. Ran Symantec Corporate and came
up clean. Any ideas?

lsass.exe also relates to the Windang.worm, irc.ratsou.b, Webus.B, MyDoom.L,
Randex.AR, Nimos.worm which spread via floppy disk drives, mass-mailing and
peer-to-peer sharing. Please review file path for clarification of this.
