I have 2 domains on the same LAN sharing the same IP
address range. One is NT4 with Win98 stations, the other
is 2003 with XP stations. There is NO trust set up
between them.

Is it possible to hide the domains from each other so
that users cannot see the other domain when browsing with
Explorer or My Network Places?

You could set up an LMHOSTS file on the client with a severely bad 1b/1c
lookup for the domains that you don't want your clients to see.
