I hav an email that has been hacked since April 2004 and the hacker is usin it for his own purposes...i'm juz worried cuz some of my friends still send emails to that email and i'm not sure wt the hacker could be up to next..it's probably the same hacker that has hacked this email last time but managed to get it bak with the help of my fren...

And another problem is that this email(wei_jan11@hotmail.com) is used by someone else...even my msn messenger contacts said they saw my account online when on that day,I was not even online! And those ppl that chatted with my account while that person was usin my account blocked them..and this person even deleted my contacts juz to add his own! I changed my password many times and the same thing happens..so i really need help here...
I hope there will be an answer fast.

If you can't get that account back through the usual channel, secret
question response, and such, consider it lost. Just tell your friends to
stop sending email to that account.

If you didn't share this account (or the first one), consider that you may
have some kind of keystroke logger on your computer. You need to use
something more detailed than the average anti virus program to sort this
out. Of course, if you are accessing MSN from a public computer, such as at
a library, you have possibly not used the proper security setting during log
in. You know, the "Do not remember my e-mail address for future sign-in" box
on the .net passport log in page.

Nobody with administrative authority over MSN Passport accounts monitors
these groups as a part of the job. These groups are for mutual self-help,
and paid MSFT employees probably don't get to spend much time here "on the
clock". So don't expect a lot of help with better detail than I can give. At
best, somebody will post the MSN contact information so you can take your
problem directly to them. I don't have it.
