Hello Alison.Your biggest wrong was that you used public computer .Not only
you can forget to log off but also the computer can have spyware or
keyloggers installed and your personal data can also be stolen by a remote
criminal person. Also many people may look at you ,people staying next to you,
and that's remember => in no case check accounts or type any personal
information while on public computer. Hopefully this is a lesson for you.Now
because MSN is connected to the .NET passport you should contact them and ask
them reset all your things so you have control of your account again.
Goto:
https://accountservices.passport.net
and follow the instruction so you'll contact MSN .On that site there are
also variety of other options that you can use
I hope everything will be fine and MSN will help you.For future make a
strong password and security question you are asked in case you forget your
password. This guy will probably try again to get into your account so Make
the password stronger ! This means that you use numbers ,letters and
at least one special character such as @ # - and so on...
< Do not use your birthday ,place of living ,you pet's name or any personal
and well-known info. Also never include stupid combination of letters or
numbers that you can easy forget >
Good luck !
