Can't you just run NETSTAT -ANO for the same results? I'm not sure you need
Fport any more for XP or 2003.

Fport had problems with XP as well for a long time.

You might also want to try Active Ports from
www.webattack.com/get/activeports.shtml or pslist / pstools from
www.sysinternals.com Unlike Fport, Active Ports doesn't require you be
logged in as local Administrator.
