My office computer has been under a Syn Flood Attack for
about 1 week. We have had over 56,000,000 attacks and am
wondering if anyone knows how to stop this

Search the microsoft.com website for instructions on tcp/ip hardening.
There are settings to limit the impact of SYN flood attacks.

If you can isolate the source IP address of the of syn packets you can ask your ISP to block those packets. Most likely the attacker is spoofing multiple source IP addresses in the syn packets, but it is usually not an unlimited number. If you can get a handle on the source IPs addresses/subnets, your ISP should be able to help. Your ISP may be able to identify the source IPs if you can't

I suggest you to put a firewall. If it is out of budget then put Linux IPtables
It'll be difficult for you to block the IP address / subnets of the blocker every time. Everytime the attacker will attack from different IP. So better to have one time solution
