I keep getting emails claiming to be MS security updates
which appear to come from an odd source, are they viruses ?
Who do you report them to ?. The header is

These are a viruses and the email headers are spoofed. Microsoft NEVER sends
patches by email. They always direct you to the Windows Update website. In
Internet Explorer go to Tools
Windows Update.

Make sure you have an up-to-date anti-virus program installed and also a
firewall to keep your computer clean of any viruses.
