When I attempt to access the Tools / Internet Options tab
in Explorer, I get the following message: RESTRICTIONS:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."
Can anyone tell me where the configuration setting is
found to remove this restriction so i can access Internet
Options from an Explorer session window?

THY,
Did you by chance run SpyBot's Immunize feature?
